Job Description
- Communicate with key stakeholders and lead projects
- Cooperate with IT team and be part of various phases of projects impacting retail stores
- Manage timeline, people and track budget consumption
- Act as 2nd or 3rd line support for retail systems and CRM systems
The Successful Applicant
- Able to communicate in both Japanese and English
- Experience in Omni channel systems
- Able to work with business and IT team members
- Knowledge of Retail Systems and CRM systems
- Other language skills are a plus
