There are three career paths on offer once you've established yourself as a recruitment consultant.
The Managerial Route: If you're interested in people management, after proving yourself as a successful consultant, you'll take advantage of our competency-based management development programme. As a manager you'll be responsible for developing a group of consultants and for the profitability of your team. From this position, you can progress to director level, a role involving group-wide initiatives and the management of several teams.
The Executive Consultant route: Some consultants choose to specialise in a chosen field, becoming highly experienced and knowledgeable in their particular market. We offer a variety of opportunities that enable our consultants to operate within their specialist markets at an executive level.
The International Route: With almost 200 offices in dozens of countries, Michael Page is able to offer you a variety of global options once you've established yourself within the business. For example, you can gain further experience of the international recruitment business by working overseas
The Successful Applicant

If you've gained expertise in a particular sector or function, your knowledge could propel your career as a recruitment consultant. We're seeking: Individuals with previous commercial experience to join Michael Page as a recruitment consultant. With established industry-related knowledge, you should be results-driven and enjoy performing in a 'work hard, play hard' environment.
