- Understand and analyse the business in Japan market and find potentials to grow as well as risk to challenge for further establishment of the brands, in collaboration with key members, i.e. Sales team and APAC Business Managers.
- Prepare a business plan and medium/long term strategies to improve the brand performance and maximise the potentials.
- Adapt marketing strategy locally and develop a marketing plan to meet goals and budget to improve the brand performance and enhance the brand positioning.
- Define corrective marketing actions and additional plans to be implemented with the Head of Marketing, in order to improve brand performance, covering 360 degree from advertising, digital, PR, consumer activation, trade marketing to training, along with key stakeholders.
- Identify new trends, customer and consumer needs to develop new business opportunities and propose new actions and brand initiatives to push sales and capture target consumers.
- Share information on brand performance, competitors activities and market trends with other team members to support the strategic decision-making process.
- Define, control and monitor marketing budgets per brand, both Marketing Expenses and Capex
