They are a globally well known FMCG company that offers products that are appreciated by a wide range of people. One of their products is approaching the 50th year anniversary this year in which you would be involved in.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop short and long term brand strategy based on 4P point of view to make
    sustainable growth in Japan
  • Based on strategy, execute 360 activation by collaborating with internal/external team
    based on consumer journey
  • Manage PL (Topline) and share, delivering profitability by securing A&P budget control
  • Build strong product portfolio from pricing, product uniqueness, and competitors POV
    and set up estimated quota per SKU.
  • Develop the local Brand/Portfolio SWOT analysis based on brand insights (Business
    Intelligence and Customer Marketing). Included: category analysis regarding consumers
    and competition including the identification of trends.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken
  • Minimum 5 years' marketing experience including new product launch, 4P localization, strategy building, and digital experience, preferably within FMCG companies
  • Skilled in MS office - Excel
