Job Description

  • Conduct in-depth market research to track trends and competitive positioning in veterinary dermatology.
  • Develop and refine brand strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to support new product development and enhance existing products.
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and trade show initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their knowledge and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with veterinarians and other stakeholders to foster brand loyalty.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities and product sales.



The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a degree in Marketing, Business, Veterinary Science, or related field (DVM or MBA preferred).
  • Possesses 3-5+ years of experience in brand or category management, ideally within veterinary or animal healthcare.
  • Demonstrates expertise in dermatology products and companion animal healthcare.
  • Exhibits strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Has a proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing strategies.
