A well‑known Japanese tech giant running nationwide payment and digital services. You would be working on large, real‑world systems with high user impact, alongside experienced engineers and project teams.

Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end software development projects from requirements through release
  • Manage cross‑functional teams (engineering, QA, business stakeholders)
  • Own project planning, schedule, risks, and delivery quality
  • Communicate progress, issues, and decisions to stakeholders clearly
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of project management experience in software development projects, with ownership from requirements definition through release
  • Experience leading large-scale projects (10+ members), coordinating engineers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver on time and within scope
  • Strong understanding of system development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, scheduling, risk/issue management, and release control
  • Business-level Japanese (spoken & written), able to lead discussions with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Experience working in complex systems or regulated environments (e.g. payments, finance, large-scale platforms is a strong plus)
