About Our Client

Our client is one of Asia's leading leading computer and telecommunications manufacturing company; holding their own mobile phone and computer brand, now expanding their field to the VR Tech line. For this position you will be supporting their high-end VR Products and work closely together with their international team for APAC projects

Job Description

  • Responsible for IT support and troubleshoot for end users;
  • Responsible for technical support on virtual and venue based events;
  • Create on-boarding and training in both Japanese and English for Internal IT related materials;
  • Maintenance for IT Equipment including management for external and internal warehouse;
  • Communicate closely with off-shore team for IT related projects;

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 Years experience in IT Support;
  • Able to communicate fluently in Japanese and English;
  • Experience in technical support for Windows;
  • Good Communication Skills;
  • Self-driven personality and loves challenges;
