Job Description

  • Providing internal IT support for users mainly in the Japan offices
  • In charge of compliance and internal IT security
  • Troubleshoot for IT related issues for in-house and remote staff
  • Responsible for new staff on-boarding and training in the IT department
  • Support long term IT projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Native level Japanese and Fluent level English
  • Experience in desktop support for OSX and Windows
  • Experience in using variety of SaaS products (Office365, Docusign, etc)
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Self-driven personality and loves challenges
