About Our Client

This role sits within a newly formed BA organization and is responsible for requirements definition and business process improvement. You will collaborate closely with business and development teams to drive organizational growth.

Job Description

  • Identify business challenges through interviews, workshops, observations, and document review
  • Visualize current and future processes using BPMN/UML and define functional/non-functional requirements
  • Create acceptance criteria and manage prioritization, change control, and traceability
  • Compare solution options and design/evaluate PoCs or prototypes
  • Support UAT, measure post-release performance, and propose improvements

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in requirements definition or business analysis (IT planning, business process consulting, PMO also welcome)
  • *Skills in workshop design, consensus building, and logical documentation
  • Experience modeling processes, data, or business rules (BPMN, UML, ER, etc.)
  • Strong coordination skills with non-IT teams, vendors, and executives
  • Basic SQL/BI analysis and prototyping experience
