Job Description
You will be in charge of:
- Help in creating benefits policies through market research and internal data analysis
- Optimize benefits program and make sure it's aligned with the company's values
- Ensure that C&B policies are up to date with local labor law
- Manage Performance and Salary Review Policies
- Advise internal stakeholders on C&B related issues to achieve business goals
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- At least 4 yrs. of C&B related experience
- Fluent in Japanese and business level in English
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Good stakeholder management experience
