Job Description:

  • Having retail system's knowledge
  • Find out the best solution for retail systems by considering future road map
  • Communication with regional business partners IT partners
  • Acting as project lead on small/Middle scale IT project in Retail or CRM system area.
  • Acting as a 2nd or 3rd line support for retail Systems and CRM systems.
  • Smooth support turnover(post go-live support) to support team as a part of project deliverables
  • Participate and cooperate in various phases of projects impacting retail stores, but which are led by other IT team
  • Act and contribute as a member of Asia IT team throughout regular and ad-hoc meetings over the telephone and VC.
  • Build relationship with Asia counterparts.
  • Perform project management which manage timeline, people and track budget consumption
  • Business requirement gathering from each region
  • Perform as team player / strong team work

The Successful Applicant

Skill Description:

  • Knowledge/experience of Retail Systems and CRM systems.
  • System troubleshoot ability with technical standpoints
  • Communication skills both in Japanese and English
  • Experience in partnering with business users and other IT team members to drive IT projects
  • Experience in Omni channel systems would be a plus.
  • POS System manage experience, Inventory management system /Other retail system experience is preferred
  • Client Connect system manage experiences (Line, Client Telling, CRM)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience including analysis of business requirements, designing and testing
  • Knowledge of IT project management, such as Fit/Gap analysis, design review and software testing review
  • Project management / Vender management experience
  • Adaptable and flexible person
  • Basic SQL Database/ Web Application / iOS Application knowledge

Desired Skills:

  • Chinese, Korean language capability is a strong plus
  • Retail Industry / Lifestyle brand working experience would be plus
  • Multi-region/country retail systems implementation experience is a strong plus
  • Multi-brand Retail/CRM system management experience is also a strong plus
