Job Description
- General quality assurance of Automotive Japanese OEM
- Provide interface between Oversea Manufacturing Plants and Customer on quality issues and product launches
- Support program launch team
- Ensure proper communication and overall customer satisfaction (customer focus)
- Audit factories within the group as well as from suppliers
- Support in creating 8D reports for customer complain
- Manage up to 5 Quality Engineers and conduct performance review of each of them
The Successful Applicant
Essential Skill
- Practical work experience in whole quality work area
- Experience dealing with Automotive JOEMs
- Quality Management work experience in mechatronic components/systems
- Experience communication with oversea department
- People Management Experience
- Basic quality tool(Quality 7 tool, Statistic analysis)
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Fluent level Japanese and Business English
Preferred skills
- Experience with engine parts supplier
- Working experience for automotive supplier
- Communication skill to collaborate with global team as well as customer
