Job Description

  • Develop new strategy and business model to serve new launch
  • Drive short- long term business plan and portfolio management
  • Work in collaboration with local and global cross functional team to ensure and execute launch excellence
  • Supervise and manage marketing team
  • Budget allocation and management

The Successful Applicant

  • 4 years+ of experience in marketing leadership in Pharmaceutical industry
  • CNS experience is highly preferred
  • Proven success in people management
  • Business level of English and Japanese
