Job Description

  • Training and Development:
    • Ensure all team members complete training courses and pass relevant tests.
    • Organize regular training sessions to maintain team familiarity with hotel product knowledge, activities, service standards, and requirements.
  • Revenue and Budget Management:
    • Assist the Commercial Director/Revenue Manager in preparing the hotel budget and forecast.
    • Maximize room sales and revenue through strategic up-selling initiatives.
  • Reservation Management:
    • Review all new reservations daily, handling cancellations or changes, and ensure information is accurately communicated to respective departments.
    • Verify guest information, requirements, and pricing details for 3-5 arriving guests or groups daily.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Perform secretarial duties including preparing correspondence, maintaining files, and managing communication through faxes, emails, etc.

The Successful Applicant


  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of hotel reservation systems and revenue management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software systems.
