We are seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager for a luxury hotel in Shinjuku, responsible for leading a team of 13 staff to maximize room sales and deliver exceptional guest service. The role involves training team members, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and collaborating with management to drive business growth.

Job Description

  • Training and developing your team to ensure they meet the highest service standards.
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting market trends.
  • Managing room sales and revenue through up-selling and ensuring accurate reservation details.
  • Ensuring compliance with all credit policies, pricing strategies, and maintaining up-to-date guest information.
  • Collaborating with the Commercial Director and Revenue Manager to drive business growth.



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong leader with a sales-oriented mindset who can drive results while maintaining the highest level of guest service
  • Previous experience in reservations or revenue management is highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Native level in Japanese or N1 level, with fluency in English
  • People management experience in hotel industry reservations
  • Willingness to work shift days



What's on Offer

Location: Tokyo
Salary: ¥400,000 - ¥500,000/month + Bonus
Bonus: 2.5 months
Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (including weekends)
