Currently, their focus industry is more focusing on hospitality, culture, tourism and design.
- Office administration: manage office vender relationship, purchase office supplies, coordinate office relocation & facility tasks, maintain workplace and office supplies
- Supported firm accounting procedure such as invoicing, vendor payment
- Managed travel and meeting arrangements for visitors & managers
- Legal liaison with lawyers on contracts: Support contract creation with lawyers and Taiwan HQ
- IT coordination
- HR admin: Recruiting support, interview arrangement, assisting on new hires on-board process and orientation
- Accounting liaison with accounting agency
- Coordinate internal events(finding/booking venue, ordering foods/drinks etc)
- Other administrative tasks
- Proficiency in Japanese and Chinese or English
- Experience in administrative tasks
- Opporutnity to utilize English, Chinese and also Japanese!
