Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage retail store development projects from initial design to final handover.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards in all architectural designs.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Identify potential risks and implement solutions to mitigate project delays or issues.
  • Support the procurement process by reviewing bids and contracts for architectural services.
  • Maintain strong communication with vendors, contractors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager in Architecture should have:

  • A degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing retail projects or similar architectural developments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Singapore.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
