Asset Manager

The Asset Manager can look forward to an exciting opportunity to manage the existing assets (residential/commercial) as well as origination of investment opportunity in Japan. This includes conducting site visits from time to time, providing direction to the property & building managers, developing strategy to enhance and optimise the returns of the current assets which could include upgrading, construction or conversion. The Asset Manager will also look into ways on how they can better leverage their partnership with their leasing partners and improve the leasing process. Ideally, the Asset Manager is independent, a problem-solver and comes with good knowledge & insights in Japan real estate market.
