Expand the current business in Asia (excluding China)
Manage the local regional sales team, being the link connecting the global policy to the local market
Coordinate cross-functional departments within the business unit
Negotiate major contracts, developing personal contacts with vital clients.
Train and develop staff and key account managers to increase the quality of the team
Has 12 years or more experience in related sales or engineering, better if with management experience
Has at least 5 years of experience with Japanese Automotive customers
Demonstrates to have business acumen with his quality decisions
Is customer focused and has a good strategic and organisational agility
Likes to motivate others and solve conflicts.
Minimum salary 18M JPY
