Job Description

  • Set up and manage sell-in and sell-out target and manage sell-in processes to achieve such targets

  • Maintain good communication and enhance relationship with department stores/headquarters for new opening counters and existing counter renewals

  • Consolidate sales results/analysis and identify issues base on them, also manage and follow-up action plans for each counter

  • Manage, coach and motivate Field Trainers

  • Report sales results monthly/weekly to Management and conduct report and share competitor analysis

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in consumer goods sales, preferably with department stores and retail management

  • Team management experience is necessary

  • Cosmetics related experience is needed

  • Great data analysis skills

  • Strong communication skills with multi-level people

  • English in business level
