Area Sales Manager - Global Food & Beverage

Become a key member of our client's sales team
- Our client is a major brand in the global food and beverage business with a strong client base of over 40 well known brands marketed around the world.
- Strong brand building and organic growth is what drives our client in over 180 different countries.
- Work closely with different teams within the sales department to ensure tasks and objectives are being met.
- Play a lead role in coaching the sales team to our client's principles and standards.
- Not only lead but develop the local sales team to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Report directly to the Commercial Director to achieve effective market growth the area.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum (3) years Sales management experience
- Experience in FMCG, preferably alcoholic
- Native speaking level in Japanese
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills
- Strong analysis skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with major stakeholders
