Job Description

  • Process and manage accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports related to accounts receivable activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper billing and invoicing procedures.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable balances to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities for the accounting & finance team.
  • Assist in audits and provide documentation as required.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within accounts receivable operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AR Accountant should have:

  • Previous experience in accounting or finance(2+ years)
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Effective communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
