Job Description

  • Perform accounts receivable (AR) operations, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Provide support for monthly and annual financial closing processes.
  • Prepare documentation for audits and tax investigations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize Excel and Oracle systems to manage financial data efficiently.
  • Assist in implementing best practices to streamline AR processes.
  • Support adherence to JGAAP and US GAAP standards in financial reporting.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects related to the accounting and finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AR Accountant should have:

  • Proficiency in accounts receivable operations and financial reporting processes.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Oracle systems.
  • Basic knowledge of JGAAP and US GAAP standards.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a structured environment.
  • Experience in preparing documentation for audits and tax investigations.
