Our client is an America-based Consumer Goods Company. Their products are sold all over the world, making it one of the leading companies in the market. With their long history of operation and high quality products, they have been continuously growing their revenue and workforce on a global scale.
Maintaining the stability and performance of the application.
Responding to and fixing those problems that occurred in Application. E.g. capacity issues, system alerts.
Communicating well with technology team and stakeholders on incidents root causes, regular key service indicators. (KPI, SLA, etc.).
Staying current with the technology and recommending opportunities for improvement.
Prior experience of application support and system support.
Business level of both English and Japanese.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience
Experience in QSR or FMCG is a plus.
Salary 8-12M yen based on experience & knowledge
