- Provide end-to-end support real-time system support.
- Incident management and trouble shooting.
- Work with teams locally and regionally to ensure problem resolution.
- Documentation and incident tracking
- Minimum 3 years of financial application support
- Useful technical skills: SQL, databases, basic programming/scripting, middleware technologies, UNIX/LINUX
- Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast paced working environment
- Bilingual skill in English and Japanese languages is required for this client facing role in Japan
