Job Description
You will join the Asia team providing support on the business critical trading applications to top tier financial companies.
- Record and analyse issues raised by clients
- Trouble shoot and issue management
- Escalate and work with various teams globally on the issues
- Communicate with clients to update on the issue through resolutions
- Documentation and reporting
The Successful Applicant
- Must have application / production support experience within the fintech software /vendor / financial industry
- Useful technical skills: Unix/Linux, scripting (Perl, Shell), basic programming (C, Java, C++, C#), SQL
- Proven financial software issue management
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Proactive, detailed oriented and professional
- Fluency in Japanese language and business level English languages is required for this client facing role
