Our client owns one of the largest e-commerce site over the global. They have wide presence in over 30 countries in the world with over 20,000 employees. They also have one of the biggest IT/ Tech development team in Japan. Their development team is looking for a high caliber mobile app support candidate to join the fast-developing team.
- Oversee customer/developer support for the product and services developed and maintained by the Department and responsible for delighting both external consumers and internal developers by collaborating with product teams to provide technical solutions and answers to their questions and concerns while posting FAQs.
- To handle support cases and technical issues for multiple different hybrid mobile SDKs as well as native SDKs for both iOS and Android via inquiry system, email and chat when required and proposing solutions, giving feedback or follow-up with product teams to help solve whatever issues come your way.
- To establish good working processes in the team to ensure we are doing the best we can with our limited resources while involving lots of documentation and communications.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support field.
- Ability to diagnose, analyze and resolve complex software application issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
- Business level English and Japanese in both written and spoken.
