About Our Client
Our client is an American multinational technology conglomerate who develops, manufactures, and sells networking hardware, telecommunications equipment, and other high-technology services and products. They have wide coverage over 60 countries over the globe and they are looking for a high-caliber candidate to join the software application support team.
- Support the company's well-designed online meeting software;
- To provide all-rounded technical support from the clients and to act as the first contact point for them, to understand their questions and to provide the most suitable answer in short period of time;
- Escalate the difficult tickets to L2-3 support team/ overseas development team;
- Conduct the technical support report and to polish the manual guidelines.
The Successful Applicant
- 2-3 years+ related experience as Software/ Application Support Engineer;
- Have sound knowledge over different online meeting tools;
- Have good communication skills or B to B client support experience;
- Fluent in Japanese is must; business level English is a good plus;
- Understanding of AWS/ SQL and cloud technology is a good advantage.
