APAC Medical Imaging Sales Lead

You will lead and steer the success of regional sales teams of 5 seasoned members across APAC. Your role encompasses tasks such as identifying and assessing opportunities, presenting Company's products and services to Partners and End User customers, and activating partner sales organizations in Japan and the broader APAC region.

Job Description

  • Manage a team of sales professionals in the assigned region, owning and exceeding annual sales targets within the territory.
  • Identify and target new end customers, establishing contacts at different levels within targeted accounts.
  • Support lead generation through shows, demonstrations, sales floor engagement, and other initiatives.
  • Market the company to enhance brand image in the region, ensuring positive exposure.
  • Follow up on leads identified at the end customer level, analyze customer needs, and provide appropriate value propositions.
  • Provide and achieve meaningful consolidated sell-in forecasts from Partners' Regions on a monthly basis, following Company's financial forecasting methodology.
  • Drive partner sales teams to uncover accounts and sales opportunities by identifying and listing accounts not currently in the Company sales funnel.
  • Facilitate a functional sales model, collaborating with Partner Sales Reps, Company BDRs, and sales engineers to move opportunities into the Company sales funnel and close business.
  • Monitor technology and market factors, providing market intelligence to Sales management and Segment marketing.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in managing regional sales teams in the healthcare industry, preferably in medical imaging solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the APAC healthcare market and sales landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide valuable insights.
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese.
