The incumbent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resource function: ie Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Rewards and Recognition, Performance Management, Learning and Development, legislative and internal audit compliance of all Human Resources (HR) related business requirements and Employee relations.
- Very fluent Japanese, and upper business level English
- At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferrably with HR regional exposure

- Collaborating with Senior APAC Leadership team
