About Our Client
Our client is a rapidly growing marketing startup technology company.
Job Description
Execute client engagements and act as point-of-contact for project related issues.
Must be able to consistently meet project timelines and ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
Facilitate Account/License Setup, product implementation, on-boarding training, and ongoing account review.
Assist with the renewal process for annual renewal targets.
The Successful Applicant
Previous experience in account management, Customer Service or Customer Success, project management experience or previously has working on a project base will be a plus.
Bilingual in both English & Japanese
Great communication and presentation skill, quick learner and multi-tasker.
