This newly created role will lead the Applications function across APAC, managing teams in Japan, China, Korea, and Australia. The successful candidate will work closely with regional sales and global stakeholders to drive customer-centric lab operations and technical excellence.

Job Description

  • Oversee the APAC Applications Team, managing approximately 10 managers and team leaders.
  • Collaborate with APAC Sales Managers and the EMEA Application Manager to develop and execute technical support strategies for the assigned region.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding the business.
  • Drive lab performance and customer engagement

The Successful Applicant

  • Leadership experience in the life science industry
  • Experience managing application, sales, service, or marketing function. Experience managing multiple functions is a plus
  • Business level in both Japanese and English
  • Degree in science is a plus
  • Work location= Tokyo/ Kansai region
