About Our Client

Our client is a renowned American Fashion brand founded in the 2000s, known for its blend of classic and contemporary styles. It offers a wide range of premium products, including shoes, bags, accessories, handbags, all accessible through its global presence with both physical stores and a strong online platform, with 55 stores globally and 5,000 employees.

In Japan, our client has a robust presence with its modern and simple but high-quality designs resonating well with the Japanese market. Just in the past year, the Japan business opened 4 new stores, totaling to 25 stores throughout the country. The Japan office today stands with around 300 staff including store staff.

Job Description

  • AP, expense reports, treasury, inventory, fixed assets
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Continuous process improvement
  • Support monthly and annual closing
  • Work closely with report line

The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant background in accounting
  • Proficient in both Japanese and English
  • Proficient in excel and global ERP systems
  • Collaborative and proactive
  • Foreign company background preferred
