In Japan, our client has established itself with an office in Tokyo. Offering a suite of communication services, including public relations, marketing, and digital strategy, the firm tailors its approach to suit the specific nuances of the Japanese market. Recognizing the distinct business culture and communication dynamics of Japan, our client is likely to customize its strategies to resonate with local customs and preferences. Presently, the Tokyo office boasts a team of 90 professionals.

職務内容

  • Support clients by providing supporting documentation, running all required month-end reports, and ad hoc tasks
  • Responsible for AP including maintenance, control, and analysis
  • Prepare and process PO, vendor invoices, and employee expense reimbursement requests while collaborating with the shared services team
  • GL journal entries, bank account reconciliation
  • Support tax payment

  • Solid background in accounting and bookkeeping
  • Japanese fluency with conversational English
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent in collaboration with good communication skills
