職務内容

  • Ensuring that airport systems (such as check-in, flight information display, and communication systems) are operating correctly. This includes diagnosing and resolving technical issues as they arise.
  • Continuously monitoring system performance to identify and address any potential issues before they impact airport operations
  • Providing remote technical support for airport staff and other users. This may include training staff on system use, helping with system configurations, and responding to technical queries.
  • Assisting with the implementation of system upgrades and updates to ensure that all technologies remain current and functional. This can involve planning, testing, and deploying new software or hardware components.
  • Working closely with other engineering teams, airport operations staff, and external vendors to coordinate efforts and ensure that systems integrate seamlessly with other airport functions.

  • Understanding of network troubleshooting.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts, as airport operations run 24/7
