Job Description

1. Airport Sales management

  • Sales target achievement, acquiring new business and growing the existing
  • Define airport sales strategy
  • Direct, educate and evaluate the airport sales team
  • Report periodically to the sales director.
  • Taking charge for sales staff/team retention and recruitment.
  • Ensure sales methodologies and tools are duly used.



2. Customer Management

  • Widen advertiser base ( both direct client and through agencies).
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts in order to increase existing business.
  • Study the trends of the market, customer behavior and the current demand.



3. Airport Liaisons / Management

  • Manage relations with related entities.
  • Optimize media installation strategy (working closely with other JCD group companies).
  • Assist expansion of airport business base by acquiring new concessions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Airport Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven sales experience in the media & agency industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing sales management software.
  • A keen knowledge of the media & agency market dynamics in Tokyo.
