About Our Client
The client is a top level European insurance company with established business in Japan. The company is intermediate sized in Japan with a good balance of employees from different cultural backgrounds. Work from home is allowed and encouraged during the pandemic.
・Support and maintain the Agile Way of Working and Portfolio Management related governance
・Support delivery of Agile Way of Working training and coaching to PO's, SM's, and Squads
・Lead key VMO events (Big Room Planning, Strategic Portfolio Board, Obeya, PO meeting)
・Mantain FTE and Vendors resource allocation tracking sheets to support the change delivery
・Deliver and maintain the Portfolio reporting for Waterfall and Agile change initiatives across the organization.
・Providing transparency with continuous reporting on Structure and Performance, KPIs, Agile Maturity, Skills Improvement.
・Manage and maintain the VMO Portal with all content required by the teams and the management
・Manage all tools supporting VMO related activities (JIRA, Agile Maturity Health,..)
The Successful Applicant
・Experience with Prince2/PMP and Portfolio management is preferred
・Experience with Agile Way of Working
・Good oral and written communication skills
・Detail oriented and able to work autonomously
・High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
・Fluent Japanese and Business English
