Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery across Agile/Waterfall environments
  • Gather and define requirements from internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with engineering and business teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Drive process improvements and optimize workflows
  • Oversee project progress, quality, and stakeholder communication



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing cross-functional development projects (PM / PMO / Scrum Master)
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum experience is a plus)
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and drive project execution independently
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
  • Experience working on data/platform-related projects is a plus
  • Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
