職務内容

  • Define the sales and marketing plan for the Aftermarket channels in Japan integrated with commercial policies, in line with the GBU global strategy.
  • Guarantee economical and financial results, detecting and solving possible target deviations, looking for and implementing possible improvements for the referring areas.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction in terms of offered solutions, product portfolio and logistic service
  • Ensure yearly and ad-hoc negotiations with customers over terms and conditions and commercial/marketing policies under the supervision both of GBU and Country Leaders
  • Guarantee the development of the assigned area-wide general industry and competitors information and conditions/pricing, market activity, acting as a local ambassador of the GBU
  • Define and manage local distribution channel strategy including multi-layer channels penetrations, evaluating customer's status and options and ensuring the performance of customer's sales can meet company's expectation

理想の人材

  • More than 5 years of experience in Automotive Aftermarket Sales
  • Proficient in Japanese and English
  • Experience in working directly with overseas
  • Proactive, willing to solve problems
  • Ability and willingness to travel (driver's license)
