Provide administrative support to the executive ( including organizing event, drafting documentation) .
Provide secretary support to the director ( including answering phones, arranging couriers, planning and scheduling meetings/managing diaries and arranging meetings)
Provide administrative support to the team (including drafting documents, answering the phone, scheduling, manage the team supplies)
Fluent in Japanese and business level in English
Excellent schedule organization and time management.
Previous experience as an assistant
Flexible and teamwork mindset
Disable certificate required
Work in an international and stable environment with flexible hours
Use of English
Nice office in the center of Tokyo
