職務内容

  • Support the team by coordinating with external property managers, reviewing invoices, and managing payments.
  • Input and manage property-related data within the SAP system, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to monitor task progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Review and verify property management reports and other documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and handling visitor logistics.
  • Translate documents as required and liaise with internal departments and international offices.

  • Relevant experience in administrative or property management roles.
  • Strong proficiency in English, particularly in writing and document review.
  • High numerical literacy and proficiency in Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
