You will join a dynamic global team to provide world class support on Treasury systems to clients in Japan.
- Level 1 support and troubleshooting
- Ownership on issues and incidents reported to ensure seamless problem management through closures.
- Monitor scheduled automated changes/updates.
- Collaborate with service delivery teams to provide root cause analysis and problem solving.
- Documentation and reporting.
- Application support or IT help desk experience
- Knowledge of Treasury / Accounting (basic book keeping) including operations or systems
- Good communication skills.
- Bilingual in Japanese (fluent) / English (business level) languages is required
- Customer and delivery focus
- Self-starter and willing to learn attitude
