Job Description

  • Plan, organize, and execute the organization's financial tasks and projects.
  • Estimate provisions for the organization's short-term and long-term financial objectives.
  • Complete financial reports and initiate the month-end closing process according to GAAP.
  • Assist the controller in developing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to enhance business performance.
  • Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations, ensuring compliance with company accounting policies and local financial standards, and prepare cashflow forecasts.
  • Oversee finance staff, review their tasks, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Conduct US SOX self-assessment.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in accounting/ finance
  • Bachelor degree's holder
  • Business English and Japanese
  • Strong personal integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
  • Willing to learn and grow attitude
