As Manager of the AP Accountant team, you support Controllers within the company by providing information and collaborating with Treasury and Accounts Payable to ensure accurate payment processing. This includes managing daily invoice processing, payment schedules, and assisting with audits, while also taking a lead on SAP and module implementation projects.

  • Manage the daily accounting process and review the numbers before sharing it with the other teams and the higher management
  • Support the improvement of the internal mechanisms and system for a smoother flowing work process
  • People Management
  • Preparing Payment schedules
  • Preparation of the necessary documents for internal and external audits

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong and proactive team leader
  • Ability to problem solve and work in a logical manner
  • IT skills including SAP S/4HANA
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Fluent Japanese, Business level English
