Initially rooted in the research and development of medical implant devices designed to address and prevent diseases untreatable by conventional medicine, the company is now expanding its business. They are focusing on three main areas: factory automation, building management, and medical devices, leveraging the advanced technology developed from their early work.

Job Description

You will be responsible for

  • Settlement (monthly, quarterly, annual settlement)
  • Daily accounting (journal entries, expense settlement, accounts receivable and payable management, equipment management, etc.)
  • Consideration of new accounting issues
  • Improvement of efficiency of existing business workflow
  • Dealing with auditing corporations
  • Establishment of regulations

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in daily accounting (journal entries, expense settlement, accounts receivable and payable management, equipment management, etc.)
  • Experience dealing with auditing firms is welcome
  • Basic ability to operate Word and Excel (Excel functions, etc.)
  • Business level English and Japanese
  • Experience in people management is a plus
