職務内容

▪ Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed

▪ Prepare and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner

▪ Communicate with clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans

▪ Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system

▪ Perform regular reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy

▪ Generate and analyse accounts receivable reports and provide updates to management

▪ Update client accounts based on payment or contact information

▪ Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable

理想の人材

  • 2+ years of experiences in Accountant or Finance related role
  • Bachelor Degree or higher, preferred in a Accounting, Finance or Economics area
  • Fluent Japanese with Business level of English skill both verbally and in written
  • Strong attention to detail skill
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the
    organisation
  • Strong problem solving and creative skills
  • MS Excel confident skills
