About Our Client
It's an international company specializes in viable and nonviable particle counters and particle counting solutions that measure and monitor contamination levels in clean and controlled environments.
・Work with Marketing, customer Service & Application Engineers (if applicable) to create and execute Life Science sales plan in Japan
・Develop and maintain good relationships with key customers
・Perform and coordinate instrument demonstrations to gain customer confidence
・Develop and execute effective lead generation and sales plan for the assigned territory; self-management of sales pipeline from customer forecasts until PO, not only direct sales but also indirect sales through local dealers
・Regular reporting on financial performance, planned activities, account trends, economic conditions and competitive activities; ensure Salesforce CRM C is utilized daily for optimal account, opportunity and forecast accuracy
・Develop account strategies for customer satisfaction, revenue and margin growth and long term partnership by using Blue Sheet.
・Managing critical projects and initiatives with our key customers in the Life Science Market.
・Develop new business opportunities in the life Science markets based on local market intelligence and knowledge of the competitive positioning.
The Successful Applicant
・BS degree in biotechnology, chemistry, biology or related technology fields are preferred
・More than 5 years' sales experience in custom product or proposal base selling
・New customer development experience and ability
・English can be working language
