About Our Client

Our client provides a mobile advertising platform that uses AI technology to provide the best marketing solutions for advertisers.

Job Description

  • Account management with existing clients (publishers)
  • Prospecting for new clients (publishers)
  • Communicate with clients (phone, email, chat tools, etc.) according to process as standard
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner; and
  • Provide specific information about the company's services and products; and
  • Assist customers in the process of launching advertising campaigns; and
  • Receive, review, and process orders; Assist clients with the launch process of advertising campaign
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge;
  • Reporting
  • Sales reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in the mobile app advertising industry (at least 1 year)
  • Coming from an ad agency, rep or competitor is highly desired
  • Experience in managing online advertising campaigns for clients (gaming, e-commerce, comics, etc.)
  • Working experience with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to identify and understand client needs and requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English(To communicate with partner companies because they are overseas)
