- Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts according to the company's commercial approval matrix
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams within the assigned accounts
- Makes regular updates on the Salesforce CRM system with accurate information including contacts, leads/opportunities and proposals/costings
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
- Collaborates with appropriate personnel to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines and services.
- Collaborates with appropriate local team and members and HQ to manage marketing and promotion activities for growing the market share in all product lines and services
- Successful sales career (engineering service & CAE software) in the automotive industry and proven quality of network with senior level
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
- Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
- Technical (engineering) background beneficial
