Job Description

  • Develop and manage client relationships in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to the management team.
  • Deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Manager should have:

  • Fluent in Japanese, one more foreign language is a plus English/Chinese
  • Proven experience in a sales role, 2 years +, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • A strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in handling power supplies devices, LED, CCTV, related products is highly preferred
